Qualifications

• General understanding of MH & LD Directorate functions.
• Experience within an NHS setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality receptionist service.
• Handle enquiries efficiently, courteously, and discreetly.
• Manage security for secure unit and Bryn Y Neuadd site.
• Interact with the estates team regarding CCTV and key management.
