Job summary

A mental health charity is seeking a Wellbeing Team Manager for their Safe Haven project based in Oxford and Banbury. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality support for individuals experiencing mental health issues. Key responsibilities include managing service delivery and fostering collaboration among team members. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of mental health challenges. Wellbeing Team Manager - Safe Haven

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £33,050 + unsocial pay

Contract: Permanent

Base: Oxford and Banbury

  • Knowledge and application of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults

  • Experience of managing risk
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong professional relationships
  • Self-awareness and ability to reflect and learn from own experiences and those of others
  • Able to work well as part of a team and on an individual basis
  • Effective organisational, planning, administrative and IT skills
  • Knowledge/Understanding of our values
