A mental health charity is seeking a Wellbeing Team Manager for their Safe Haven project based in Oxford and Banbury. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality support for individuals experiencing mental health issues. Key responsibilities include managing service delivery and fostering collaboration among team members. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of mental health challenges. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £33,050 + unsocial pay
Contract: Permanent
Base: Oxford and Banbury
