A leading educational support organization is seeking a School Wellbeing Lead to promote emotional wellbeing in schools across South Wales. This role involves delivering interventions for students with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs. Ideal candidates will have a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and experience with young people facing emotional distress. The position is full-time, term-time only, offering a supportive work environment and ongoing training opportunities.
School Wellbeing Lead
Location : Based between the following Orbis schools Ty Trafle School (Gowerton) and Birchwood School (Cardiff).
Salary : £30,000 per annum + Mileage
Contract : Permanent, Term Time Only (Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week)

This role will support our schools across South Wales, leading on mental health and wellbeing for individuals aged 4–19 with autism, learning disabilities, and social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), many of whom may have experienced trauma.
