Qualifications

  • Experience supporting individuals with health issues back to work.
  • Ability to deliver health-related group interventions.
  • Effective action-planning techniques to guide clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 coaching to enhance self-awareness and emotional wellbeing.
  • Conduct health-specific assessments to identify challenges in employment.
  • Deliver performance outputs against targets and requirements.

Skills

Experience of working in health promotion or public health
Knowledge of the local labour market
Experience working in a target-driven environment
Coaching skills
IT literacy in Microsoft Office

Education

Health professional registration (HCPC, BACP, BABCP)
