We are currently looking for a Wellbeing and Inclusion Co-ordinator to join The Sovini Group. Responsibilities
- To support the development, implementation and promotion of wellbeing and inclusion initiatives that create a positive, inclusive and healthy working environment across the Group. This role supports the organisation’s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, along with health and wellbeing to ensure all staff feel valued, supported and engaged.
- Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
- Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.

Desirable Knowledge
- Experience or knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly in relation to storage, disclosure and retention of personal information.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, particularly in relation to site safety.
