Job Overview

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our dynamic and dedicated Wellbeing Team. Working as a key member of our friendly Wellbeing Team, you will need to have the skills to offer timely support to pupils and families who may be experiencing difficulties in accessing their learning and managing their behaviour.

Contract and Salary Details

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only (190 days)
Grade: 6, Scp 14 – 19, £21,814 - £23,676
Contract Type: Permanent

Job Requirements
  • Keep detailed, accurate and secure written records of concerns i.e. CPOMs.
  • Prepare and compile accurate reports for use, for example in Case Reviews and referrals.
  • Assist teachers with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans/Behaviour /Support /Mentoring plans.
  • Provide information and advice to enable pupils to make choices about their own learning, wellbeing and behaviour.
  • Challenge and motivate pupils, promote and reinforce self‑esteem.
  • Attend and participate in regular meetings ensuring that reports are completed and shared in a timely manner.
  • Establish supportive relationships with pupils and be available to offer individual support as needed.
  • Visit pupils/parents/carers at home where required.
