Job summary

A specialist engineering recruitment firm is looking for a Welder Fabricator in Snydale. Ideal candidates must have Level 3 NVQ Welding qualifications and at least 2 years of experience in fabrication or welding. Responsibilities include using MIG & TIG welding on metals, fabricating from drawings, and operating relevant machinery. The hourly pay is £17.50, with day shifts from Monday to Friday.

WELDER FABRICATOR

We are recruiting for a Welder Fabricator to work for our client who are in Normanton, West Yorkshire.

You must have Level 3 NVQ Welding qualifications.

THE DUTIES

• Use MIG & TIG welding on thin gauge materials (stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium).
• Fabricate from drawings.
• Operate welding and other machinery.
• Mark out cutting / bending lines.
• Finish off completed products.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

• Minimum 2 years' experience working within a Fabrication/Welding role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Equivalent.

THE HOURS

You will work a day shift -

• Mon - Thu: 7am to 5:15pm
• Or Mon - Thurs: 8am to 4:30pm
• Fri: 8am - 3.15pm

THE PAY

You will earn an hourly rate of £17.50.
