The Role

As a Welder Fabricator, you will:

• Read & interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Bill of Materials
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal components with accuracy
• Weld & fabricate using MIG welding (pulse welding experience desirable)
• Use tools & machinery like grinders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment
• Inspect welds & components to meet strict quality standards
• Use overhead cranes & forklifts (desirable - training available)

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 1+ in Manufacturing Operations, City & Guilds in Fabrication/Welding, or time-served apprenticeship
• Minimum 2 years in welding & fabrication in a production setting
• Strong technical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work from engineering drawings
