Job Description

We are looking for a Welder Fabricator to join the Frontier team, based at Nayland on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will support the workshop fabrication team with the in-house manufacture of our bespoke mobile seed plants. Alongside this, during the harvest season, you will be required to drive to farms and process farm‑saved seed, checking quality of the seed, taking samples and maintaining mobile machinery, always ensuring the site/machinery is clean and tidy and health and safety processes are always adhered to.
