Monday - Thursday | 46 hrs paid per week + overtime

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Welders / Fabricators to join our client's manufacturing team on a predominantly night shift basis though day shifts may soon be available. This is a hands‑on role working with aluminium and copper components, ensuring high-quality finished products for the business.

RELOCATION CANDIDATES WELCOME

Shift & Pay Details
  • 46 hours paid per week minimum, Monday-Thursday
  • 1.33 night shift allowance up to 39 hours
  • 1.5 night shift allowance between 39 and 46 hours
  • 2 night shift allowance above 46 hours
  • Overtime available dependent on production demand
  • Temp to Perm
The Role Includes
  • MIG & TIG welding
  • Grinding and finishing components
  • Welding aluminium housings and copper conductors
  • Interpreting engineering drawings
  • Working to quality, H&S and SOP standards
  • Preparing and passing material kits to Paint Department
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining exceptional housekeeping
You Must Have
  • Ability to work independently and produce finished products without assistance
  • Experienced in the safe use of MIG/TIG welders and grinders (4.5” & 9”)
  • Strong understanding of quality and safety standards
  • Team player with a proactive approach
