Job summary

A leading welding service provider in Scotland is seeking coded TIG welders for a long-term contract in Rosyth. Candidates must be time served, hold their own stamped codings, and be experienced in pipe welding, with knowledge of exotic metals being advantageous. Immediate start is available, with a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, rotating days and nights.

Qualifications

• Must have your own stamped codings.
• Experience in welding exotic metals is desirable.
• AMI Orbital welding experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Join the team on a long-term contract basis.
• Prep your own welds and weld stations.
• Successfully complete a medical and drug test.

My client a market leader in their field have an urgent opening for coded TIG welders to join their team on a long term contract basis.

Requirements

• You will be a time served Welder.
• You will have your own stamped codings.
• You will be proficient in pipe welding.
• AMI Orbital welding experience would be advantageous.
• Experience of welding exotic metals is desirable, Super Duplex, Duplex, Inconel & Stainless.
• Be happy to prep your own welds, weld stations.
• You will be health and safety conscious.
• PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE AND PASS A MEDICAL AND DRUG AND ALCOHOL TEST BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF THE CONTRACT.
