A leading aerospace manufacturer in Redditch is seeking an experienced Welder to join their team. The role involves performing MIG, TIG, and ARC welding, alongside operating robotic welding equipment. Ideal candidates will have a solid welding background, preferably in heavy manufacturing or aerospace, and be able to interpret engineering drawings. You’ll be joining a world class aerospace manufacturer with a proper in house toolroom and forge, where heavy industry meets high precision. The work is cleanly run but gritty. An organised, safety led workshop with the smell of oil, steel and hard graft in the air.

Proven experience as a Welder – ideally with MIG as your core process, plus TIG / ARC exposure.
Background in heavy manufacturing, aerospace, or tooling environments preferred.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work accurately to tight tolerances.
Willingness to learn and operate the robotic MIG welder (training provided).
