Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working in Quality Inspection or NDT department required.
• Experience in managing a small team is desirable.
• Experience working in motorsport / F1 industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all manufactured components conform to design specification.
• Monitor KPIs for productivity within the department.
• Manage department personnel discipline and timekeeping.
