A leading healthcare organization in Chichester seeks a Weekend Domestic Supervisor to manage the Domestic team at St Richard's Hospital. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience supervising a multi-disciplined workforce. The position offers a competitive salary of £24,937 to £26,598 per annum pro rata, ensuring our staff maintain National Cleaning Standards during weekend shifts.

We are looking to recruit a self‑motivated individual to join the Domestic Department at St Richard's Hospital (Chichester) as a Weekend Domestic Supervisor, who can work on their own and/or as part of a team. The post holder will be responsible for managing Domestic staff on a daily basis ensuring National Cleaning Standards are upheld.
Additional details: Saturday and Sunday (2 pm - 10 pm with a one‑hour break).

The post holder will be responsible for managing Domestic staff, which will include Appraisals, Health and Wellbeing Management, Monitoring Standards, Rotas and Mandatory Training.
