• Effectively manage your time, arriving to site on time and spending the allocated time at each location in line with the cleaning schedule
• Report any maintenance issues, defects or problems on site to the relevant Property Manager
• Carry out all cleaning tasks to a high standard and within the allocated time
• Ensure you are aware of the specific cleaning specification for the site, referring to your Team Leader if unsure
• Work in accordance with all health and safety guidelines, avoiding the risk of slips, trips or falls and use all appropriate signage

• You take pride in your work and adapt easily to changing situations.
• You'll maintain a friendly and professional demeanour to all residents and colleagues.
