Join our friendly and supportive team at Home Instead West Leicester as a Weekend Care Assistant, helping individuals maintain their independence and comfort in their own homes. Location: West Leicester. Hours: Saturday & Sunday (evening availability may be required). Pay: £14.65 – £14.95 per hour. Driver essential (mileage paid).

Responsibilities

• Visiting clients across the local area to provide compassionate, person-centred support
• Assisting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting with medication prompts and administration
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping to help keep the home clean and safe
• Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
• Offering support to help clients remain independent and confident
• No two visits are the same—and your work will have a meaningful impact each day
