A regional legal firm in Exeter is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Wealth Management Team. The role involves managing client files, handling enquiries, and assisting lawyers with diary management. Ideal candidates should have strong organisational and communication skills, with an emphasis on client care. The firm offers a supportive environment focused on employee development and well-being.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support. Responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will deliver proactive and professional support to the Wealth Management Team, helping them remain organised and efficient.
