What You03ll Be Doing

In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support. Responsibilities include:

  • Opening, closing, and archiving client files.
  • Audio- and copy-typing, proofreading, and updating dictated work.
  • Handling client enquiries by phone and email.
  • Producing documents and processing payments.
  • Retrieving and storing deeds and documents in the strong room.
  • Supporting lawyers with diary management and general administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with initial new client enquiries.

The successful candidate will deliver proactive and professional support to the Wealth Management Team, helping them remain organised and efficient.

What You03ll Have

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, though applications are welcomed from a variety of backgrounds. You might be an experienced Wills, Trusts, and Probate Legal Secretary seeking a new challenge, or you may be at the start of your career, looking to build a rewarding path in legal administration.
