About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Work Based Learning Manager to lead and grow our Construction & Motor Vehicle apprenticeships and workplace learning provision. Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will:

  • Drive the growth and quality of apprenticeships and workplace learning programmes.
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of all Work Based Learning (WBL) programmes.
  • Lead and support a team of Quality Leads and Work Based Learning Assessors.
  • Ensure the department meets ambitious targets for success rates, timely completions, and new starts.
  • Manage caseloads, budgets, and forecasting to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Take responsibility for performance monitoring reports and the department's Self‑Assessment Report (SAR).

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will balance strategic growth with operational excellence, ensuring our learners and employers receive an outstanding experience.
