Responsibilities

• Conduct sampling and analysis of LTHW and CHW.

• Perform chemical dosing and system flushing.
• Service and install TMVs.
• Monitor temperatures and perform routine water sampling.
• Upsell company products and services.

Job Title: Water Treatment Service Engineer
Location: Woking, Surrey

Industry leading Water Hygiene / Water Treatment company with a strong presence in the South East are now looking to take on a Water Treatment Service Engineer. Covering Educational, Healthcare, Retail, and Food & Beverage sites, you will be carrying out LTHW and CHW sampling and analysis, chemical dosing, and TMV servicing. Experience & Qualifications

• Experience working as a service engineer for an established Water Hygiene / Water Treatment company.
• Well versed in relevant ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
• Will always have a professional manner on site.
• Familiar with using handheld PDA systems.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.

The Role

• Carrying out the sampling and analysis of LTHW and CHW.
• CWST and cooling tower cleaning and disinfection.
• Carrying out chemical dosing.
• Flushing of closed systems.
• TMV servicing and installation.
• Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Carrying out disinfection of mains pipework.
• Assisting in training of new starters.
• Upselling company products and services.
• Ensuring work is being carried out in line with relevant ACoP L8 / HSG guidelines.
• Using handheld PDA to produce detailed reports for clients.
