Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Covering various contracts including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting of water tanks, cooling towers and domestic systems.
  • Servicing, inspecting, and fitting of TMVs.

Job description
  • Discipline: Water Treatment Engineers/Plumbers

Our client is a well-established and successful water treatment/water hygiene company, who due to recent contract wins are currently looking for an experienced and competent Water Treatment/Remedial Engineer to join their busy workforce based in and around the Birmingham area. Holding the NVQ Level 2 / 3 in plumbing would be beneficial to the role. Applications from Warwick, Coventry, Worcester, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience working as a water hygiene/treatment engineer.
  • Plumbing experience would be advantageous.
  • Will ideally hold the level 2 / 3 plumbing qualification.
  • Good working knowledge of the water treatment industry and legislations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office package.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Role
  • Covering various contracts including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Cleaning and disinfections of water tanks, cooling towers and domestic systems.
  • Servicing, inspecting and fitting of TMVs.
  • Inspecting cold water storage tanks.
  • PPM work such as temperature monitoring, shower head cleans and descales, and inspections of water tanks.
  • Completing service reports.
  • Removal of dead legs.
  • Upgrading water tanks.
  • Any other general plumbing.
