Our client is a professional and recognised nation water treatment company, who service a large portfolio of blue‑chip clients across the UK. They are currently recruiting for an experienced and switched‑on Water Treatment Operations Manager to their team within the West Midlands region. The successful applicant will come from a strong technical water treatment background and will hold a strong knowledge of steam boiler, cooling tower, and steam boiler contracts. Extensive and recent experience within a water treatment operations management role is essential. Applications will be considered from Birmingham, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Will come from a strong technical water treatment and operations background.
• Experience of working in a managerial/director role within the water treatment/water hygiene industry.
• Excellent working knowledge of technical water systems including steam boiler, cooling tower, and steam boiler.
• Previous experience and knowledge of water treatment H&S, processes, RAMS and scheduling.
• Will ideally have experience of working on industrial water treatment sites.
• Ability to improve profits and margins.
• Good people skills, communication, management, and customer service skills.
• Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.
