Job Title: Water Treatment Administrator
Location: Dartford, South east.

Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Administrator through to Lead Water Treatment Administrator.

Profile:

Our client is a leading name within the Water treatment / Hygiene industry who work hard to provide their clients with the full range of Water hygiene / Water treatment services. They are now looking to take on a hardworking and organised Water Treatment Administrator based in and around the Dartford area. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and will ideally have previous experience working within the water treatment industry, dealing with an internal database, entering data, reports and information and providing clients with quotations.

Applications will be considered from: Bromley, Bexleyheath, Croydon, Maidstone, Orpington, Rochester, Sevenoaks, Sidcup, South London, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Will ideally come from a water treatment / Hygiene background.
  • Will have good organisational skills.
  • Must come from an administrative background.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
  • Working from an internal database, entering data, checking information and reports from sites.
  • Providing support to managers with day‑to‑day planning.
  • Scheduling works for engineers.
  • Providing clients with quoted for works waiting to be carried out.
  • Overseeing and helping a small team.
  • Liaising and dealing with clients and customers appropriately.
