Job Title: Water Treatment Administrator.
Location: Harlow, Essex.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £27k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with a Water Treatment / Legionella Consultancy. They are now seeking to recruit an organised and motivated Water Treatment Administrator to join their friendly team in the South East region. The successful candidate will have a strong background within the Water Treatment / Hygiene industry and will have a good understanding of legionella compliance. You will be able to work within a busy environment and will work on internal databases; logging jobs, arranging accommodation, booking in work, raising invoices, and ensuring effective document control. For this role, our client will give consideration to candidates with administration experience from other compliance backgrounds such as Asbestos.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bishop’s Stortford, Saffron Walden, Chelmsford, Braintree, Hertford, Cheshunt, Brentwood, Billericay.

Qualifications
  • Will come from a strong administrative background, within the Water Treatment / Water Hygiene industry.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work in a busy work environment, organising workload in line with company needs.
  • Able to communicate efficiently via phone, email, face to face.
  • Excellent IT skills.
Responsibilities
  • Logging jobs onto internal systems in a timely manner.
  • Booking in and organising all Water Treatment / Legionella / Water Hygiene works.
  • Assigning staff to sites upon confirmation of water treatment / water hygiene / legionella work being booked in.
  • Booking accommodation for staff working away when required.
  • Raising invoices and purchase orders when required.
  • Using specialised software to create schematic drawings.
  • Providing support to colleagues and management.
  • Carrying out effective document control.
  • Efficiently consulting with clients, dealing with any queries.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks e.g., scanning, filing, making / answering phone calls, sending emails.
