A leading water services provider in the UK seeks a Water Supply Team Manager. This managerial role involves overseeing water treatment operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Water Team as a Water Supply Team Manager working with colleagues to deliver excellent Water Services for our customers, communities and the environment.
In this role, you will oversee a team of operators and be responsible for the day to day running of a Water Treatment Work. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and water volumes are maintained and be responsible for driving continuous不起?? improvement. Key focusses are on compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring that health and safety remain a top priority at allsyn times.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a team. This means we’re seeking someone with transferrable skills and an ambition to work in water treatment.
As a management role, the successful candidate will be responsible for offering constructive feedback that supports colleagues in improving their performance while ensuring they look valued. You will aim to boost employee engagement by adopting a culture of trust, empowering your team to confidently make decisions and take accountability.
This role provides comprehensive training to helphasta the successful candidate with the technical aspects of the position. We are looking for someone with dynamic leadership skills who can grow and excel in this role.
