A leading utility company is seeking a Water Regulation Inspector based in Ashford, UK. In this customer-facing role, you'll inspect plumbing systems, contributing to regulatory compliance. The position requires a background in plumbing, knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, and a valid driving license. A salary of up to £35,000 per annum is offered, with additional benefits including a company-provided van, 24 days annual leave, and a generous pension scheme.
You will be responsible for inspecting both domestic and non-domestic properties across the Thames Water London area, checking plumbing systems on both a reactive and proactive basis to ensure compliance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
This is a customer-facing role that involves regular travel to a variety of sites across London and Thames Valley area.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Base location: Your base location can be flexible depending on where you live and this will be discussed with the successful candidate. (ashford common)
Working hours: 7:30am to 3:36pm, Monday to Friday
