• Experience managing projects between £5k‑£2m.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure health & safety compliance.

Education

NVQ, HND, HNC, or City & Guilds in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
