Qualifications

  • City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training or equivalent experience.

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites to ensure water systems are safe and compliant across the region.
  • Inspect and clean water storage vessels, including leading on tank chlorinations.
  • Install and service Thermostatic Mixing Valves.
  • Conduct routine monitoring tasks in line with HSG 274 Part 2, including flushing water outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling showerheads, flushing pressure vessels, and sampling for closed water systems.
  • Use the SimPRO system to manage workload and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify problems and proactively implement solutions with detailed knowledge of HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG274 to maintain a professional and compliant reputation.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training, equivalent or suitable industry experience.
  • Awareness of or experience with HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidelines.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and BPSS clearance.
