Job title: Water Hygiene / Legionella Administrator
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: 25K-30K DOE plus Training and Benefits

Our client is looking for a hardworking individual who is enthusiastic about admin. Candidates will be willing to support the team of site engineers by contacting clients and updating the records/database. As a leading supplier of water treatment services this multi-site company can provide competitive salaries and great benefits such as training.

Experience / Qualifications
  • Experience working within water treatment admin role
  • Able to use IT software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Organised and time-efficient/effective
  • Excellent communication when talking to contacts
  • Good English skills

  • Answering client questions and advising clients with any queries
  • Scheduling appointments for legionella risk assessors and water engineers
  • Keeping records up to date e.g. sample results and projects
  • Maintaining good relationships both internal and external
