Job Description

Our established client is a growing and expanding water management company known for delivering high-quality water treatment/hygiene and legionella services to clients across the South East. They are currently recruiting for an experienced and committed Water Hygiene Engineer/Plumber based in and around the London area. The successful candidate will ideally hold the level 2 or higher plumbing qualification and have experience undertaking routine water hygiene duties such as cleaning and chlorination on hot and cold-water systems, temperature monitoring and sampling duties. Applications from Essex, Kent, Buckinghamshire, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the water treatment/hygiene industry.
  • Will ideally hold the level 2 or higher Plumbing qualification.
  • Have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Package.
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Monitoring air and water systems.
  • Comply with the current Health and Safety legislation.
  • Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems and cooling towers.
  • Proceed with temperature monitoring, conduct routine sampling and analyzing water systems.
  • Maintain and install dosing systems.
  • Carry out any remedial plumbing work when required.
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
