Profile

Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry and currently have a position with an established Pre‑Commissioning / Water Hygiene company. Our client is looking to recruit a pro‑active and hardworking Water Hygiene Engineer to cover contracts across the South East / M25 area. The successful candidate will have an extensive track record working within the Water Hygiene industry, carrying out CWST cleans and chlorination’s, TMV servicing, temperature monitoring and water sampling on a mixed portfolio of sites. In return, this client can offer further progression into Pre‑Commissioning and BSRIA flushing duties.

The client is open to receiving applications from candidates with good access to the M25 including but not limited to: Romford, Dagenham, Southend‑in‑Sea, Grays, Chelmsford, Harlow, Enfield, Bishop’s Stortford, Hatfield, Stevenage, Dartford, Erith, Bexleyheath, Gravesend, East Tilbury, Brentwood, Billericay, Wickford, Sidcup, Swanley, Orpington, Bromley, Sevenoaks.

Experience & Qualifications

• Working within a hands‑on role within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry is essential to the role.
• Sufficient working knowledge of the relevant ACoP L8/H&S guidelines.
• Confident in using handheld PDA / Tablet systems.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with clients.

The Role

• Carrying out water sampling, temperature monitoring and TMV servicing on a mixed portfolio of sites.
• Showerhead descales and failsafes.
• Carrying out CWST cleans and chlorination’s.
• Producing detailed reports using PDA / Tablet systems.
• Working in line with relevant ACoP L8 / Health and Safety guidelines.
• Continuing to build good working relationships with clients.
