The ideal candidate will have significant experience within the regulated water industry along with strong leadership and organisational skills. Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a new satellite office in the South East.
• Create, lead and develop a multidisciplinary water design team.
• Identify, attract and retain local engineering and management talent.
• Maintain a positive team ethos and professional working culture.
• Plan and grow the team in line with strategic objectives.
• Oversee team structure, performance and development.
• Ensure all design work follows established processes and procedures.
• Deliver fully integrated design outputs that meet safety and quality requirements.
• Ensure delivery within agreed timescales and budgeted hours.
• Promote the use of appropriate industry standards, best practice, and software tools.
