Qualifications

• Previous experience at Site/Section Engineer or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, quality and environmental procedures.
• Water industry experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Manage and mentor engineering resources for compliance with contract drawings.
• Communicate with commercial staff on payment record preparations.
• Identify potential commercial or contractual risks.
• Ensure successful project completion and client hand-over.

Skills

Site/Section Engineer experience

Strong civil engineering background

Knowledge of health and safety procedures

Understanding of commercial aspects

Education

Degree or HND in Civil Engineering

Tools

CSCS Managers/Supervisors card

SMSTS or equivalent
