Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for Waste and Recycling Loaders in Leicestershire for an ongoing position. Enjoy flexible hours with a 3-day weekend every week while working outdoors, loading and collecting recycling items. Ideal candidates will have experience in outdoor physical roles and must have their own transport. The hourly rate is £12.21 with accrual of holiday up to 28 days per year pro-rata.

Qualifications

• Experience in a physical outdoor role is required.
• Must have own transport to reach work.
• Immediate availability from Tuesday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Load and collect recycling items on daily routes.
• Work as part of a team of loaders on outdoor routes.
• Be on your feet for the duration of shifts and perform some heavy lifting as required.

Details:

• Duration: Ongoing and regular work with opportunity to work towards a contract.
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour. Holiday accrues from the first shift, up to 28 days per year pro rata. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
• Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, start times from 06:45, approximately 39 hours over 4 days (3 day weekend).
• Location: Leicestershire (outdoor routes with a team).
• Closing Date: 20250928

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience of working outdoors in a physical role.
• Must have own transport to get to work (location-dependent).
• Available Tuesday to Friday with an immediate start.
