Were looking for a Warranty Controller to join our team and play a crucial role in managing warranty claims, ensuring smooth processes, and maximising customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Warranty Controller, youll be responsible for overseeing the full warranty processfrom claim submission to final approval. Youll ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within required timescales. Working closely with service, parts, and manufacturers, youll help maintain strong operational standards while protecting profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and submit warranty claims efficiently and accurately
  • Audit, review, and monitor claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures and policies
  • Liaise with workshop technicians and service teams to gather supporting information
  • Resolve rejected claims and chase outstanding credits
  • Produce regular reports on claim status, trends, and recoveries
  • Ensure all warranty paperwork is filed, tracked, and managed correctly
