Qualifications

  • Counterbalance and Reach Truck certified, with Order Picker training.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety practices and accident reporting.

As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient running of our clients warehousing function. You will provide direction to warehouse operatives and promote safe operating procedures aligned with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain shift levels by managing annual leave and sickness cover.
  • Delegate duties to warehouse operatives and support personnel to meet production targets.
  • Communicate production targets and any operational changes clearly to your team.
  • Record and maintain shift records and relevant documentation for accurate tracking.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental practises for designated shifts.
  • Liaising with the Warehouse Manager and Shift Supervisor regarding targets and operational changes.
  • Conduct pre-usage checks on equipment and maintain relevant logs.
  • Move and locate products to appropriate locations, including stock and vehicles.
  • Assist in ongoing training and process improvements.
  • Conduct investigations into accidents and safety breaches.
