Overview

Join our Night shift team in Crawley as a Warehouse Team Leader Nights and make a significant impact by utilising your experience to enhance our current team. You will play a crucial role in leading and coaching our operatives alongside the Night Shift Supervisors, contributing to the success of our Nights Operation. In return we provide a salary of £30,076.41 working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern to help with that work life balance planning. Our commitment to our people and customers is immense and we are excited for you to be a part of it.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Night Shift Supervisor and leading the team in their absence
  • Lead and coach our existing warehouse team.
  • Provide Training and refreshers for all new and current employees.
  • Promote and manage a safe working environment
  • Supporting with driver packs for the outgoing shift
  • Assist with fleet management ensuring all vehicles remain roadworthy and meet transport legislation
  • Help support the shunting on the yard- ensuring site speed and safety regulations are being adhered to at all times
Qualifications
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce
  • Confident and reactive to solving problems.
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written
  • Competent use of Microsoft, particularly Excel
