Team Leader — Coleshill, B46. Pay rate: £15.00 - £16.20 per hour. Full time. Temp to Perm opportunities. As a Team Leader, you\'ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of these vital sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise, and coordinate the daily work of warehouse team members
• Support stock-taking and process optimisation activities
• Conduct team evaluations, training sessions, and safety briefings
• Supervise compliance with working time recording, work clothing, and PPE usage
• Promote a positive, professional workplace culture aligned with company values

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a warehouse environment and knowledge of logistics systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to health & safety standards
• Own transport required, due to shift times

Pay

• £15 per hour
• £16.20 per hour between the hours of 22:00 - 00:00

Shifts

• Rotational shifts: week 1 08:00-16:00, week 2 16:00-00:00
• 5 days out of 7
• Must be able to do rotational shifts
