We're looking for a Team Leader to join our GXO Direct operation supporting Jellycat in Swadlincote. In this role, you\'ll lead a team of operatives across key warehouse functions including picking, packing, goods in and despatch ensuring accuracy, safety, and exceptional service for our customer.

This is a full time, permanent role, working a 5 on 2 off rotating shift pattern (05:30-14:00 / 13:30-22:00
