Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Coalville
Shift: 4on 4off days 06:00-18:00

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the go-to person for your team, providing guidance, support and motivation to help them achieve their best.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will:
  • Leading and monitoring picking operations to maintain safety and performance standards in line with company targets.
  • Ensuring accuracy in receiving, picking, and dispatching pallets to keep our customers happy and our operations seamless.
  • Maintaining stock control and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Engaging with your team, encouraging best practice, and resolving any issues that impact productivity or morale.
  • Taking proactive steps to address system or facility issues quickly and effectively.
  • Driving compliance with safety and operational procedures to keep everyone safe.
  • Supporting and developing your team through regular performance reviews and one-to-one meetings.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact every day.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or transport environment.
  • Current licences for LLOP, VNA, and Counterbalance.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Manhattan Scale or similar WMS.
