Warehouse Team Leader – Coalville

Salary: £15.27 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Coalville. This is a hands-on role where you will be an integral part of the team\'s daily work and a key support to management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of warehouse operatives.
• Assist the Operations Manager with team management and building operations.
• Actively participate in all warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Assist with reports, databases, and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinate daily activities and allocate tasks to meet targets.
• Help with training new starters, ensuring they are quickly integrated into the team and understand procedures.
• Ensure all team members, including yourself, adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy in all tasks.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
