Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or production/repack environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the repack team to deliver daily volumes safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all paperwork, system updates and reports are completed accurately.
• Monitor productivity and support staff development within the repack function.
• Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to maintain service standards.
