  • Support team development through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Operate and manage dispatch processes using the Script‑easy system.
  • Assist with global hold activities and process deviations as required.
  • Provide coverage for Warehouse Manager duties during absences.
