Are you looking to use your warehouse supervisory or management experience in a new role? Do you like the sound of working on a large, complex operation with one of the biggest names in logistics? Are you ready for your next challenge?

We’re looking to bring in a talented Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee all processes and procedures, ensuring all KPIs and targets for your team are achieved across the operation for our new contract in Gotham. The role is Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern - 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Supervise and oversee the operation, ensuring shifts are run effectively.
• Manage customer relationships, both indirectly and face-to-face on site.
• Drive on-site loading efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead, manage, and engage your team to optimize shift performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant H&S legislation and local procedures, including reporting and investigating accidents, near-misses, or hazards that could lead to major incidents.
• Ensure full compliance with roles and responsibilities within the On-site Emergency Plan.
• Provide regular feedback on work progress and shift handovers.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Proven experience at a supervisory or management level within a fast-paced warehouse operation.
• A strong personality capable of managing drivers, driving operational excellence, and challenging the status quo.
• IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
