Salary: £14.03 per hour

Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced workshop environment? We're looking for an experienced RTB Supervisor to join our Service Workshop team and play a key role in managing people, processes, and performance.

What You'll Be Doing

As RTB Supervisor, you'll lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high standards in machine repair processes and workshop operations. You'll be responsible for:

  • People Management & Development
    • Coaching, supporting, and developing your team
    • Conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and personal development planning
    • Leading recruitment and onboarding for RTB engineers
    • Promoting a culture of recognition and continuous improvement
  • Operational Excellence
    • Supervising daily repair activities and delegating tasks to meet output targets
    • Maintaining quality, cost, and delivery standards
    • Managing consumables and stocked parts in line with demand
    • Evaluating new equipment and supporting process improvements
  • Compliance & Safety
    • Ensuring health & safety policies are followed
    • Maintaining SOPs, training records, and risk assessments
    • Upholding high housekeeping standards and process compliance

Experience:

  • Background in manufacturing or production
