Overview

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Bradford
Salary: £14.36 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health & safety policies and conducting regular audits.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and communication.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
