📍 Location : Yodel, Unit 15d Larkfield Trading Estate, Aylesford ME20 6SW

📅 Shift Pattern : Monday - Friday & Tuesday - Saturday rotate

🕒 Hours : 07 : 00am - 15 : 30pm

💰 Salary : £30,598 per annum

What you’ll be doing :

• Leading Operational Excellence : Take charge of overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring seamless execution across all activities and departments.
• Driving High Performance : Develop and implement strategies that drive performance improvements, reduce operational costs, and maximize efficiency. Monitor KPIs closely to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and success.
• Mastering Warehouse Flow : Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate sorting, processing, and dispatching of parcels, driving a smooth operational flow from start to finish.
• Empowering Your Team : Lead, train, and inspire a high‑performance warehouse team. Provide mentorship and guidance, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
• Collaborating Across Teams : Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration, ensuring smooth operations throughout the business.
• Ensuring Consistency : Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and quality at all times.
• Prioritizing Safety : Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and creating a safe working environment for your team.
• Managing Driver Briefings : Oversee and control all aspects of driver pre‑ and de‑briefings, ensuring clear communication and seamless operations.
• Maintaining a Top‑Tier Warehouse Environment : Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety standards to create an efficient and professional environment.
• Upholding Company Standards : Consistently adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring the highest operational standards and integrity.
• Weekend Engagement : Actively participate in weekend conference calls to stay aligned with key operational developments and share insights on performance and strategic priorities.
