As a Warehouse Shift Manager at our multi temperature site, you will be reporting into the Operations Manager and be responsible for managing and leading your own team helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic.

This is a full time, permanent position working on a rotating 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 06:00 till 18:00 and 10:00 till 22:00. We're looking to offer a salary of up to £42,600.00 per annum, and 22 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
