Job Description

As a member of our fast-paced warehouse packing team you will be responsible for ensuring the stock is packed to a high standard.

As a Packing Operative you will be required to:

  • Prepping packaging
  • Packing goods ensuring that targets are met
  • Reporting of any issues to your line Manager whilst ensuring the warehouse operations and procedures are operating smoothly and efficiently
  • Assisting in other areas as and when required
  • Quality checking products
  • General housekeeping duties
Requirements for role
  • Good standard of verbal and written English
  • Good Accuracy and organisational skills
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team
  • Able to work at a fast pace and have a good level of accuracy
  • Flexible and reliable approach to work
  • Quick learner

We constantly aim to upskill our associates and have an in-house training team dedicated to this task. This development could be training to operate machinery, such as forklift trucks as well as in depth training on items such as manual handling and WMS interaction.

Shift Pattern

9am to 5.30pm

No shift rotations, Monday to Friday - Great work life balance.
