We’re expanding our team in Staffordand are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long‑term career in logistics.

Job Description

The Role:

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you’ll work in a chilled, fast‑paced environment, ensuring the accurate picking and dispatch of packaged chilled products to retailers nationwide.

Full training is provided — no previous experience is required. During your induction, you will be trained to use MHE equipment, including PPTalong with our picking procedures.

This is an active role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy throughout the day.

Shift Patterns Available:

We offer excellent work–life balance with a choice of shift patterns:

• 4 on / 4 off – 07:00 to 19:00
• 4 on / 4 off – 19:00 to 07:00
• Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 16:30
• Monday to Friday – 19:00 to 03:30

Overtimeis available and paid up to £20.06 per hour.
Future potential earnings: £31,000.
