Personnel Solutions is currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a client’s busy plant‑based warehouse operation in Annesley. This is a hands‑on role suited to reliable, safety‑conscious individuals with FLT experience and a flexible approach to shift work.

Key Responsibilities

• General warehouse and plant duties
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving parts and materials within the facility
• Operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping
• Stock checking and inventory control
• Daily driving of a 3.5T vehicle to Derby

Shift Pattern

Two‑shift rotation: Mornings and Afternoons

Saturday work available – paid as overtime (optional)

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to drive a 3.5T vehicle daily
• Valid FLT licence (counterbalance)
• Previous warehouse experience essential
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and organisation
• Due to the sensitivity of some components, applicants must be British nationals or hold appropriate UK status
